We're based outside London, so have no high-rent city-centre offices to maintain. We don't pay authors the unrealistic six-figure advances which make the headlines. You won't see huge adverts for our books in glossy magazines and the weekend papers.
Instead, our resources provide opportunities for new talent: writers who have flair, imagination and great storytelling skills: authors worth nurturing to help them develop their full potential. We leave the big names to the big publishers, and create our own crime-writing stars - and they shine every bit as brightly as the Rankins, Cornwells and Cobens.
